Natalia Estela

Natalia Estela was born in San Juan Puerto and found at an early age she had a keen eye for art, color and anything aesthetically pleasing, just like her homeland. At an early age, Natalia’s family moved to South Florida. After high school, Natalia got a degree from Miami International University of Arts and Design, which allowed her to explore her passion in this area.

She went on to work in the fashion and apparel industry for over 13 years in several roles including design, sample/production management and sales. She was also a representative and account manager for various brands at trade shows all over the country.

With her experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Natalia established her own online boutique and pop up stores in the heart of Miami: Wynwood and the Miami Design District. Her stores have always been recognized by their eccentric design and impeccable service provided to her customers, a clear representation of her character. “My goal was not just be your regular online boutique, instead I wanted to provide an experience at my pop up stores that customers could later feel virtually when they visited my online boutique.”, says Estela.

During the process of purchasing her first home Natalia found her love for real estate and decided to employ her customer service skills, eye for design and knowledge of the South Florida market to help other buyers and sellers through their home buying experience. “I want to leverage my passion for design and professional experiences to help my clients find a home that matches their identity and style.”

Since moving from Puerto Rico, Natalia has come to know South Florida very well having lived in various locations such as Kendall, Coral Gables, Brickell, Boca Raton, and Aventura. She recently purchased her first home in the neighborhood she grew up in when she moved from Puerto Rico, Miami Lakes, were she now resides with her husband Omar, son, Mylo and her dogs Brando, Taco and Phoenix.

Zaid Haiman

Market Analyst, Realtor-Associate


Zaid Haiman has over 20 years of experience in the IT Consulting field assisting customers across a wide variety of industries to leverage technology to address business needs. During the latter part of 2002, he co-founded a boutique consulting firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico with a focus in the areas of Virtualization, Infrastructure and Managed Services.

With his leadership and strategic vision, Zaid helped to grow his company from three to over 30 employees and to become a recognized leader within Puerto Rico’s IT Service industry. In addition to supporting customers in Puerto Rico, Zaid had the opportunity to export his company’s services to customers in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the English Speaking Caribbean, Brazil, Chile and Spain, among other countries.

In the summer of 2012, Citrix Systems, a Fortune 1000 company based in Ft. Lauderdale, acquired Zaid’s company. Citrix was able to immediately augment their professional services arm by integrating the team of professionals that Zaid had helped put together and train. After the acquisition, Zaid was named Service Delivery Director in charge of all Citrix Consulting projects in the East Coast region. He remained at Citrix in this capacity for four years.

Since the summer of 2016, Zaid has been assisting several consulting organizations to develop, grow and manage their IT services organizations. He also began investing in real estate, acquiring commercial properties in the heart of Downtown Miami. Zaid became a Real Estate Sales Associate in 2019 to continue expanding his Real Estate portfolio and to leverage his past business, consulting and investment experiences to help clients find opportunities in Real Estate that will meet their needs.

Zaid graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. It was there that he met his wife Cristina; he currently lives in Miramar, Florida with his wife and their son, David.
